Refunds & Returns Policy

PT. Bintang Zaqti Teknologi (BZTEK) — Effective Date: March 2026

1. Policy Overview

All purchases of physical goods from PT Bintang Zaqti Teknologi (“BZTEK”) are final, except as expressly stated in this policy or where a refund is required by applicable law or payment network regulations.

This policy applies to all orders placed through our website, invoices, or payment links, and is incorporated into all BZTEK invoices and Delivery Orders.

By completing payment, the Buyer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.

2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Notice

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all BZTEK transactions are classified as Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial sales. Buyers purchasing in a commercial capacity acknowledge that standard consumer protection refund entitlements under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UUPK No. 8/1999) may not apply. This policy represents the agreed refund terms between the parties.

3. Right of Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order within 3 days from the date you received the goods, provided the return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by a clear written statement via email to: admin@bztek.id

Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by BZTEK.

4. Inspection Period

The Buyer has 24 hours from the delivery date confirmed on the signed Delivery Order to inspect all received goods and report any issue.

To report an issue within this period, the Buyer must:

  • Send a written notice to admin@bztek.id with the subject: “Delivery Issue — [Invoice Number]”
  • Include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
  • Include the Invoice Number, Delivery Order ID, and a description of the problem

Claims submitted after the 24-hour inspection period will not be accepted.

5. Cases NOT Eligible for Refund

BZTEK does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect ordering by the Buyer (wrong item, wrong quantity)
  • Price differences after the invoice has been issued and payment received
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or force majeure
  • Goods that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Goods not in their original packaging
  • Claims submitted outside the 24-hour inspection period

6. Eligible Refund and Return Cases

Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:

  • The goods received are damaged, defective, or materially incorrect (different from what was invoiced)
  • The goods were confirmed as not delivered, as evidenced by logistics records

All eligible claims must be submitted within the 24-hour inspection period. In eligible cases, BZTEK may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective or incorrect goods
  • Credit note applicable to a future order
  • Partial or full refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue

7. How to Request a Refund

Before taking any further action — including filing a bank dispute or chargeback — you must contact BZTEK directly at admin@bztek.id within the 24-hour inspection period.

Your refund request email must include:

  • Subject line:“Refund Request — [Invoice Number]”
  • Your full name and contact details
  • Invoice number and Delivery Order reference
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photographic or video evidence

BZTEK will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.

8. Conditions for Returning Goods

If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of the approved return notice
  • Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Goods must not have been used, installed, altered, or tampered with
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included

The following goods are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Goods supplied to the Buyer's custom specifications or clearly personalized
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
  • Goods unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons

9. Return Shipping

The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with returning goods to BZTEK. A refund will not be issued until returned goods are physically received and inspected. Use of an insured and trackable courier service is strongly recommended.

10. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without first following the refund request process constitutes a policy breach. Before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute, you must contact admin@bztek.id and allow a minimum of 14 business days for resolution.

If a chargeback is filed and found to be invalid, BZTEK will submit all available documentation to dispute the claim. In the event a chargeback is resolved in BZTEK's favor, the Buyer shall be liable for the original transaction amount plus any fees or costs incurred by BZTEK in defending the dispute.

11. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
