PT. Bintang Zaqti Teknologi (BZTEK) — Effective Date: March 2026
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of physical goods from PT. Bintang Zaqti Teknologi (“BZTEK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), whether made through our website at www.bztek.id, through invoices, or via payment links.
By completing a payment, the Buyer (“you” or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and BZTEK.
2. Business-to-Business (B2B) Classification
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all BZTEK transactions are classified as Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial sales. Buyers purchasing in a commercial capacity acknowledge that standard consumer protection refund entitlements under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UUPK No. 8/1999) may not apply.
3. Payment Terms
All transactions are considered final once payment is received and confirmed by BZTEK. Payment may be made through our website checkout, invoice payment, or payment links as provided. Refunds are only granted under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Inspection Period
The Buyer has 24 hours from the delivery date confirmed on the signed Delivery Order to inspect all received goods and report any damage, discrepancies, or defects. Claims submitted after this 24-hour inspection period will not be accepted. The Buyer's failure to report within this period is taken as confirmation that the goods were received in the agreed condition.
To report an issue within this period, the Buyer must:
- Send a written notice to admin@bztek.id with the subject: “Delivery Issue — [Invoice Number]”
- Include clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
- Include the Invoice Number, Delivery Order ID, and a description of the problem
5. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute, the Buyer must first contact BZTEK directly at admin@bztek.id and allow a minimum of 14 business days for resolution. Filing a chargeback or dispute without following this procedure constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is filed and found to be invalid, BZTEK will submit all available documentation to dispute the claim. In the event a chargeback is resolved in BZTEK's favor, the Buyer shall be liable for the original transaction amount plus any fees or costs incurred by BZTEK in defending the dispute.
6. Limitation of Liability
BZTEK's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for that specific order as stated on the invoice.
BZTEK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, or courier services
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta, unless both parties mutually agree to resolve the dispute through Jakarta-based arbitration.
